Two men struggle with Guillain-Barre' Syndrome
The neurological disorder is rare, affecting only one to two people per 100,000. So they were surprised to learn they were among six patients recovering from the rare disease at Methodist Rehabilitation Center at the same time.

Jan Robertson, NFA
Jan Robertson, vice president of long term care at Methodist Rehabilitation Center, oversees the daily operations of Methodist Specialty Care Center, a residential facility designed for the younger, severely disabled person. Robertson earned her BBA from Mississippi State University and her MBA/Master of Health Care Administration from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. She is a licensed nursing home administrator and is a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators, a national organization for long term care administrators.
